Friday, March 26, 2010 10:54:50 AM"90% of sun damage occurs before age 21." I stopped "tanning" years ago and will forever be glad I did. At 40, my skin looks better than it ever did in my 20's. I also eat healthy, exercise, take vitamins and get my sleep. I am not "beautiful" by any means, but I am healthy which is worth it's weight in gold. I have not changed my routine for skin and hair care during the recession, but then again I only have to "maintain" - not "change" my looks! Ladies - use sunscreen and stop tanning while you can!!!
